Please fill out the form and send it to Mrs D Swan with your initial deposit of 50% of total rent payable plus a non-refundable £150 booking fee. On your arrival at Les Anges the Booking Fee becomes your security deposit.

Due to increases in oil prices, a slight increase has been made to the extra heating cost. 60 Euros weekly, or part thereof, is an extra fee for heating costs – 1st Oct to 1st May incl. every year. This is for use of central heating for the whole house. There is also a large fireplace in the front room, logs are available at no charge. Please pay cash to caretaker on arrival at Les Anges. Thank you.
